  • What is the Process for Becoming an Assistant?
    Like most staffing firms, we have an online career center.  Interested candidates should place their resumes in our online career center to be considered for placement with our clients.  The career center is the first resource we use when recruiting for clients. You can apply for a specific job or submit a general resume.  We do not accept phone calls from applicants; nor do we accept email or fax submissions of resumes.
  • Do you guarantee placement?
    No staffing agency can guarantee placement.  We recruit solely at the request of our clients by recruiting, matching and placing exceptional candidates who enhance our clients' lifestyle and business objectives. We take the time to get to know our clients and candidates and follow a model of honesty and integrity. We believe in working with all parties involved to ensure a successful match between our clients and candidates. We do everything in our power to place candidates and our experienced team of recruiters work diligently every day to identify the best solution for all parties.
  • Do you only place assistants in Los Angeles and New York?
    We are a national agency. We have Account/Sales Executives based in most major cities (including Los Angeles and New York).  We have clients all over the US and have placed candidates with clients all over the US.
  • What if I do not see a job that interests me?
    If you can't find a particular position that interests you at this time but would like to send us your resume, we encourage you to apply using our General Application (which is also found in our Online Career Center). Should a position come up that we feel would match your abilities and experience, we will contact you
  • I submitted my resume - why haven't I been contacted?
    We cannot personally contact every candidate that applies for a position. We receive hundreds of resumes every week and only contact those whose work experience and skills match our current needs.  We access our online Career Center in search of candidates based on each client's request (some of the open positions are not posted on the web-site).  Rest assured that your resume has been reviewed and if a client requests someone with your background you will be contacted.  We keep all resumes on file for 2 years - so please login and update your resume if your information changes. 
  • Do you offer training?

  • Who are your clients?
    The actual names are confidential.  However, our clients range from actors to athletes to high-profile attorneys to musicians to producers to sports agents to politicians to ministers to authors and major corporations and business executives.
  • How often do you place assistants?
    We place at the request of our clients.  The frequency constantly changes.
